Despite setbacks, including an ACL injury that dashed his Marine Corps aspirations, Evan remained undeterred.

After graduating, he delved into the world of diesel technology, carving out a successful path as a technician. However, Evan's passion for real estate soon emerged, leading him to establish his own company. Today, he heads a dynamic team renowned for its prowess in acquiring properties for investment purposes.

Driven by his unwavering commitment to setting and achieving goals, Evan's infectious positivity uplifts those around him. With a genuine desire to see others thrive, he serves as a beacon of inspiration in both business and life.

Nathan Stringert

Meet Nate Stringert, a proud Pennsylvanian who calls a rural area home and honed his skills on the basketball court during his time at Commodore Perry High School. Following graduation, Nate ventured into the world of Information Technology for further education.

However, it was his evolving interest in real estate that ignited his entrepreneurial spirit. Nate began investing in rental properties and exploring opportunities in the Airbnb market. His passion for real estate only grew stronger, leading him to cross paths with Evan Hamilton.

Together, Nate and Evan embarked on an exciting journey, co-founding HF Properties. With Nate's keen eye for investment potential and Evan's innovative approach, they've successfully built and scaled HF Properties into a thriving enterprise.
